Brendan Kashta, lovingly known as Brother Bes, is the Founder of Meditation Market — a sacred movement devoted to Inner Peace, Union, and Soul Abundance. Of Caribbean heritage and descending from global spiritual lineages, he is a Certified Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Life Coach, and Celebrant whose life’s work centres on spiritual awakening, community healing, and conscious entrepreneurship.
With over two decades of devotional practice and universal study, Brendan is anchored in Love, with a personal spiritual foundation in Mystical Christianity, African-Caribbean Spirituality, and Indo-Caribbean Spirituality. He is also an Ordained Minister and the Founder of Meditation Ministry, an expression of his wider spiritual ministry and commitment to universal spiritual awakening. From this foundation, he shares a message of Universal Spirituality, Mindfulness, Ancestral Wisdom, and Modern Science, guiding individuals and communities into deeper alignment with the Divine Presence within.
A sacred innovator and creative leader, Brendan builds platforms that uplift human potential and cultivate harmony, purpose, and holistic abundance. Through Meditation Market, he curates transformational products for spirituality, sustainable fashion, and wellbeing alongside meditation classes, courses, spiritual services, spiritual life coaching, programmes, events, and community experiences devoted to spiritual growth, inner stillness, and universal awakening — where sacred commerce meets soul evolution.
Above all, Brother Bes is a devoted servant of Spirit, a loving family man, and a living vessel of ancestral remembrance. His teachings honour the sacred identity within all beings and call forth a new era of awakened living anchored in Love, Truth, and the Divine Realm within.
Brendan is available for personalised ceremonies, spiritual life coaching, one-to-one meditation, and private spiritual guidance.
