Coach: Brendan Kashta. Contact for bookings, cancellation and complaints: info@brendankashta.com. In this agreement, “we” means the legal service provider above, acting through Brendan Kashta; “you” means the client named in the website order.

2 Your booking and payment

You choose and pay for the number of sessions you want on the website after our introductory conversation. The service description shown before payment and your order confirmation specify your session quantity, session length, total price including applicable taxes, and any included support. Together with this agreement, these details form your booking terms. Please retain your confirmation and the copy of this agreement supplied with it.

Payment is due at checkout unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. This is a purchase of the selected sessions, not a recurring subscription. Further sessions require a new purchase. We will not add services or charges without your agreement.

The contract begins when we accept your order and send confirmation of that acceptance. We will send a copy of the accepted agreement and any early-start request with your booking confirmation, before coaching starts. A later version of these terms will not change an existing purchase without your agreement.

3 Scheduling and delivery

Session dates, times, frequency and online or in-person delivery are agreed together. Buying sessions does not itself reserve appointment times. We will confirm the location or video link. Sessions will be delivered within the schedule we agree, or within a reasonable time if no schedule has yet been agreed. This agreement imposes no automatic expiry date on unused sessions.

Between-session coaching or messaging is included only if your purchased offer expressly includes it. Where included, we will agree the channel, scope and response times before it starts. It is not an emergency or continuously monitored service.

Our coaching relationship

4 Purpose and scope

Spiritual life coaching supports reflection, personal goals and practical action. Sessions may include deep listening, questions, meditation, mindfulness and spiritual exploration, adapted to your preferences. Inner Peace, Union and Soul Abundance guide our work without requiring you to adopt any religious belief.

Coaching is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or regulated legal or financial advice. We will work within our competence and discuss other support where appropriate. No particular personal, spiritual, health or financial outcome is guaranteed. This does not reduce our obligation to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

5 Your autonomy and participation

You choose your goals and remain responsible for your decisions. You may decline a practice, pause a topic or give feedback at any time. Please attend on time and let us know about relevant access needs. Reflection forms and agreed activities support the work; an incomplete form does not automatically cancel a session or forfeit its fee.

6 Appointment changes

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to move an appointment. We will agree a replacement time. For shorter notice or a missed appointment, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss what happened and rearrange. This agreement does not impose an automatic missed-session charge or forfeiture.

If you arrive late, the session will normally end at its scheduled time. If we are late or technical problems on our side prevent delivery, we will provide the missing time or agree a replacement. If we cancel, you may choose a replacement appointment or a refund for that undelivered session.

7 Confidentiality and information

We treat your coaching conversations and records as confidential. Disclosure may be necessary where required by law or where there is a serious concern about your safety or another person’s safety. We will limit any disclosure to what is necessary and, where safe and lawful, discuss it with you first. Coaching confidentiality is not legal professional privilege.

Only share personal information relevant to the coaching. The provider must supply a privacy notice explaining how information is used, stored, retained and shared, and how you can exercise your rights. Any additional consent needed for sensitive information will be sought separately. Neither party will record sessions without the other’s prior agreement. Testimonials and marketing use require separate permission.

8 Ending coaching and raising concerns

Either party may end the coaching relationship by notifying the other. We may pause or end sessions where coaching is no longer appropriate or there is threatening or abusive behaviour. Disagreement, a declined practice or lack of progress alone is not misconduct.

Outside the cancellation period below, we will refund unused sessions at the per-session price actually paid, without repricing completed sessions at a higher rate. Refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation. Send concerns to info@brendankashta.com; we aim to acknowledge within five working days and respond within 14 days, explaining any delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation and your acceptance

9 Cancelling an online purchase

You may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days beginning the day after the contract is made. Tell us by email or another clear statement before the deadline. We refund payments within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

If you expressly request an early start, you pay only a lawful proportion for services supplied before cancellation, based on the contract price and required prior information. Your cancellation right ends on full performance only if you requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence. Without an early-start request, coaching begins after the cancellation period. Any longer statutory cancellation period remains available.

10 Agreement at checkout

By selecting the required Coaching Agreement checkbox at checkout and submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the service description for the sessions you are purchasing. Your order identifies you as the client and records your chosen sessions and price. No separate handwritten signature is required. The contract starts when we accept your order as described in section 2.

11 Optional request to start within 14 days

If you would like coaching to begin during the cancellation period, make the following separate, optional selection at checkout or send us an express request before your first session. Leaving it unselected does not prevent purchase; coaching will begin after the cancellation period. Accepting this agreement alone is not an early-start request.

Optional checkout checkbox wording: “I expressly request coaching to begin during my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that, if I cancel after it starts, I may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied, as explained in the Coaching Agreement. I acknowledge that I lose my cancellation right once the entire contracted service is fully performed.”
